Terms and pricelist of advertisement in the scheme of  www.accommodation-services.com

On one Html page can be only one object.
For the correctness of the informations is responsible the submiter of advertisement.
During the period, which the client has chosen( at least 12months period),client has the rights to have 2 changes made  free of charge in period of every 12 months.Date and time of making the html page/hereafter presentation in the scheme of  www.accommodation-services.com  is at latest in 24hours since sending the written client’s order( most often by e-mail, which will be used for the next communication with a client)/ after recieving the materials for the presentation’s creation. 

Necessary details for the presentation creation: 

a) the owner’s contact or contact person
- First name and Surname
- phone number
- mobile phone number
- e-mail adress
- adress of the object
- URL adress , for example.: www.accommodation-services.com

b) distance from the object to:
- bank
- post office
- market
- doctor
- sports facility or field
- petrol station
- bus station/ bus stop
- railway station/ station
- airport
- swimming pool

c) 10 representative pictures of the object and surroundings
(it’s a mixture of Picture, for example : Picture for the outside, rooms, bathroom Etc….)
- Pictures will be given by client in electronic form( by email, CD)
- if the client doesn’t ownn any pictures, can be arranged an appointment with our representative in the area, where the pictures can be taken in a short period of time, the pictures will be handled by the client and can be treated by client due to his own needs.Pictures will be delivered to the client on CD. d) Services Price list – in case of not sending the price list, in the cell for price will be written: price inquiry 

e) short transcription
- can be given a sort description of the surrounding and possibilities, ex.: forest for hiking, deck- chairs, Etc..) 
- the language version of given information is in command of client and editor’s office Accomodation-Services.com doesn’t  take the responsibilty for correctness of the translation, the amount of characters is unlimited.
- text will be given by client in electronic form

Price of www presentation in the scheme of www.accommodation-service.com for year 2008:

12 months/ 75€   link for presentation from page offer
24 months/ 135 €  link for presentation from page offer
36 months/ 195 € link for presentation from page offer  + link for presentation on the front-page

Due date from sending the order is 72 hours.
Time for placing the object’s presentation in the scheme of www.accommodation-services.com  is up to 12 hours from recieving the presentation payment( During the payment procedure will be the presentation made and shown on page PREPARING , where the client can have a look on it and announce some changes or mistakes if necessary.  On this page has the editor all rights to don’t give any contacts to the client.
After payment and adjustment of presentation by the client will the presentation moved on the appropriate page in the scheme of www.accommodation-service.com, where the client has the rights for 2 changes free of charge for every 12 months – any other changes are charged according to the actual Price list.
I case of order cancellation or non fulfilment the date of payment without any previous warnings , the Editor of Accommodation-Services.Com  has the all rights reserved for charging the cancellation fee in  amount of 30% from the 12months presentation price.

Turist portal Accommodation-Services.com is not a travel office or agency, the purpose is a presentation of the object  in the scheme of www.accommodation-service.com
The owner of the holiday object always comunicate with the future client by himself . Editor’s of Accommodation-Services.Com is not responsible for the amount of inquiries or carried reservations. From the carried reservations doens’t have Editor of Accommodation-Services.Com any rights for getting commisions or any other bonuses for those reservations.
